ALL CLOTHING WITH BLEACH + TIE DYE ARE HAND BLEACHED AND DYED. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL BLEACHED/TIE DYED CLOTHING WILL DIFFER SLIGHTLY IN COLOR/PATTERN. THIS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS A REASON FOR RETURN.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All of our clothing is carefully hand made by Katelyn. Depending on the volume of orders, processing time can vary. Normal processing times are 1-10 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. This does not include shipping time. 

How will I know when my order ships?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email and or text that will include your tracking number once the order has been shipped. If your package is lost during transit, Smiley Pop Co. is not responsible. Please contact the shipping carrier if this happens.

What is your return policy?

Due to the handmade nature of our made to order items, all items are final sale. This means we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please be sure to read descriptions on all products for sizing info. You may, however, cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.
